Fall Equinox Flow

Join us for a special Fall Equinox Vin/Yin Fusion! This class will offer a blend of slow flow and yin practices. We will focus on finding balance between strength and surrender to harmonize your mind, body and spirit, and embrace the changing season. All levels are encouraged. We will meet on the checkerboard at The Hill Country Herb Garden. (Or inside the studio space as a backup if weather is not agreeable). Please bring your mat and water bottle.
